SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE
Perfect for: Reconnecting with yourself, nervous system support, deep rest, and emotional reset.
ound baths are a space to slow down and let your body soften.
Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments, the vibrations gently guide your body into a deeply relaxed state. Many people notice their mind quiet, their breath slow, and their body begins to settle.
It’s not something you need to understand or “do right.” You simply lie down, listen, and allow your body to receive.

Women’s Circles
Perfect for: connection, honesty, and remembering you're not alone.
Women’s circles are one of my favorite spaces to hold.
We gather together and talk about real life. The beautiful parts, the messy parts, the things we usually keep to ourselves. Sometimes we journal. Sometimes we laugh a lot. Sometimes we sit quietly and listen.
There’s something powerful about being in a room where you don’t have to pretend to have everything figured out.
Just women being human together.

A space to slow down and come back to your body.
Yin is a gentle, floor-based practice where we hold postures for longer periods of time, allowing the body to open slowly and naturally.
It’s not about pushing or performing. It’s more about softening, breathing, and being with what’s there.

Inside the Community, you’ll find:
Monthly Women’s Circle – gather once a month for reflection, honest conversation, and grounding practices.
Community & Support – a safe space where you’re never alone in what you’re navigating. You will receive private access to the We’re Alive Facebook group and WhatsApp.
Guided Reflection – journaling prompts, conversation starters, and practices to help you reconnect with yourself.

Hi, I’m Jenna
I started We’re Alive because I needed spaces like this myself.
For a long time I was navigating mental health, hormones, and life changes that felt heavy and confusing. The more I learned about my body and created space for rest, reflection, and connection, the more things started to shift.
Now I hold spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember they’re not alone in whatever they’re walking through.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause and remember we’re here.
We’re alive.
