born from my own growth

We’re Alive was born from my own journey of navigating PMDD, mental health, and learning how to reconnect with myself after years of feeling disconnected from my body.

Through sound baths, community gatherings, and supportive resources, I now share the practices that helped me come back to myself, so other women can feel more understood, supported, and connected in their own lives.

My Journey

I made this brand at a time in my life where everything felt like it was falling apart.. and also finally coming together. I was learning how to slow down, be kinder to myself, understand my cycle, and stop pretending everything was fine when it wasn’t.

For a long time, I felt disconnected from my body and my emotions.
PMDD made me feel unpredictable. My mood, my energy, my sensitivity… it all felt like too much. I kept thinking something was wrong with me.

But as I started paying attention, really listening to myself, I realized nothing was wrong. I just needed support. I needed grounding. I needed tools and reminders that actually met me where I was.

That’s where We’re Alive came from.
It was my reminder that you don’t have to have it all figured out to feel connected to your own life again. That you’re allowed to be human. Allowed to feel. Allowed to start over as many times as you need.

Now, I’m here to guide you through your own transformation, using the tools and practices that helped me find my way.

why i created the We’re Alive space

I wanted a space for women who feel deeply.
Women who are learning about their cycle, their emotions, their hormones, their relationships, and the parts of life that don’t get talked about enough.

I wanted a brand that feels like a friend, not a project, not a performance, not “perfect wellness.”
Just real support. Real reminders. Real moments of grounding.

We’re Alive is for the days you’re strong and calm, and it’s for the days you’re overwhelmed and confused. It’s for the in-between moments when you just need someone to remind you that you’re okay.

Being alive means moving through many seasons.
You deserve support through all of them.

my approach

My work is rooted in the belief that our mental, emotional, and physical experiences are deeply connected. Instead of trying to “fix” yourself, these sessions are about understanding your body, your emotions, and the season of life you’re moving through.

This space is supportive, honest, and grounded in helping you reconnect with yourself.

Mind

Creating space to talk through what you’re experiencing, bring awareness to your thoughts, and understand patterns that may be affecting your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Body

Learning how to listen to your body through grounding practices, nervous system support, and understanding your menstrual cycle.

Soul

Reconnecting with who you are underneath the noise, expectations, and pressure of everyday life.

When I’m not hosting sound baths or working on We’re Alive, you’ll usually find me:
